Cue Cashback shows you which credit card to use at every nearby store, restaurant, and gas station — ranked by the cashback your cards actually earn. This page covers how to reach us, how to manage your subscription, and quick answers to the most common questions.
Email us at feedback@cuecashback.com. We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Please include:
You can also reach us from inside the app: side menu → Send Feedback. This pre-fills your device info so we can help faster.
You tell us which credit cards you carry. We tell you which one earns the most at every nearby place. Open the app and the map shows real-time recommendations — tap any place to see the best card for it.
No. Cue Cashback never asks for bank credentials, card numbers, or account access. You activate the cards you own from a built-in catalog, and that’s all the app needs to surface the right recommendation.
Tap Add a Card on the map (or the credit-card icon in the lower-left) and choose Create Cashback Card. Enter your card’s cashback percentages by category. Custom cards work just like catalog cards.
Geofence notifications require two permissions:
Notifications fire when you arrive at a place you’ve favorited and at least one of your activated cards earns cashback there. If everything looks right and you’re still not getting notifications, email us — we’ll help diagnose.
Open the side menu → Favorite Places to see all your saved places. The map only shows places near your current location, so favorites in other cities may be off-screen until you travel. Use the location-centering button in the lower-right of the map to recenter on yourself.
Unlimited cards, unlimited favorite places, geofence-triggered cashback alerts, and full access to the live map. The app is built around an active subscription.
Cancel anytime in iOS Settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Cue Cashback → Cancel Subscription. You can also cancel via the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until that date.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com — choose the Cue Cashback charge and select a refund reason.
Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the paywall. This re-reads your subscription state from the App Store. If the issue persists, sign out of iCloud and back in, then try Restore again. Email us if you’re still stuck.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your email. We’ll send a password-reset link. The link works only on the device where you opened the email.
Side menu → Account → Change Email. You’ll need to re-enter your current password, then confirm the new email by clicking a link sent to the new address. (This option is shown only for accounts with an email/password identity. Apple Sign-In users manage their email at appleid.apple.com.)
Side menu → Account → Delete Account. Email/password users enter their current password to confirm. Sign in with Apple users tap Continue with Apple to reauth. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our servers. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-deletion details.
